Now Open for Breakfast!!!!
Join us for our new addition to our menu, Breakfast! We are now rolling our barbecue up in tortillas along with homemade Pork Green Chili with your option of smoked meats. We then, grill these loaded burritos up for our own signature flavor and convince of eating on the go! In addition, we are now offering biscuits and gravy along with breakfast bowls and sandwiches! Start your day off with a gourmet bite!
Where are you located?
Our primary location is at Rainbow Plaza Food Truck Court, 645 E Rainbow Blvd, Salida, CO 81201. This is our home base where you can regularly find us serving our authentic Texas-style BBQ. We also have a mobile unit that travels to serve Cañon City, Leadville, and Buena Vista on a rotating schedule.
