From this strategic location, our team delivers mouthwatering Post Oak smoked meats to events across Salida, Cañon City, Leadville, Buena Vista, and surrounding mountain communities. You'll also find us traveling to other locations during special events.

With catering packages designed to serve groups from 10 to over 200 guests, we are the best food (and value) for any event. Availability depends on event size and scheduling, so we recommend contacting us early to secure your preferred date with a 50% deposit.
