From our home base, our team delivers mouthwatering Post Oak smoked meats to events across Poncha Springs, Salida, Cañon City, Leadville, Buena Vista, and surrounding mountain communities.

With catering packages designed to serve groups from 10 to over 200 guests, we offer the best food (and value) for any event. Whether you're planning a corporate gathering, wedding reception, family reunion, or community celebration, we'll provide the most delicious BBQ in Colorado to make your event memorable.

Availability depends on event size and scheduling, so we recommend contacting us early to secure your preferred date with a 50% deposit.

I stop by Lil' Smokey's at Rainbow Plaza at least once a week for lunch. The Smokewagon combo is my go-to - perfect portion and great variety. Everything is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly. Best BBQ in central Colorado by far!
