We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.
What sauces do you offer?
We offer our signature BBQ sauce that complements our smoked meats without overpowering them. In the Texas tradition, we believe the quality of the meat and smoke should be the star, with sauce serving as an enhancement rather than a cover-up.
Our sauce strikes the perfect balance between sweet, tangy, and savory flavors with just a hint of heat. We serve it on the side with all our meat plates and sandwiches, allowing you to enjoy your BBQ exactly the way you like it.
