We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.
What is your service area for catering?
Our catering service area includes Salida, Cañon City, Leadville, Buena Vista, and the surrounding mountain communities throughout central Colorado. For locations further away, additional travel fees may apply based on distance. Our ability to service certain areas may depend on the size of your event and our current schedule.
During your catering consultation, we'll discuss your specific location and any logistics involved. We pride ourselves on bringing authentic Texas-style BBQ to events throughout the region, so don't hesitate to ask if your location is within our service area.
