We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.
What desserts do you offer?
We offer several delicious dessert options to complete your BBQ experience. Our most popular is our homemade Banana Pudding, a classic Southern dessert that perfectly complements our smoky meats. We also offer Bread Pudding for a rich, comforting finish to your meal. Both desserts are available in half pan (serving 10-15 people) or full pan (serving 20-25 people) sizes, making them perfect for catering orders or to take home and enjoy.
