We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.

Our signature Texas-style brisket is by far our most requested item, featuring the perfect smoke ring and bark that customers drive hours to enjoy. The pork belly bites served with sweet chile sauce are another standout favorite that keep people coming back.
Our baby back ribs, smoked to the perfect tenderness where the meat doesn't fall off the bone but pulls away cleanly, are extremely popular. The Crestones combo plate and Smokewagon are go-to choices for first-timers who want to sample multiple meats. On the sides front, our homemade cowboy beans and creamy corn elote consistently receive rave reviews.
