Now Open for Breakfast!!!!
Join us for our new addition to our menu, Breakfast! We are now rolling our barbecue up in tortillas along with homemade Pork Green Chili with your option of smoked meats. We then, grill these loaded burritos up for our own signature flavor and convince of eating on the go! In addition, we are now offering biscuits and gravy along with breakfast bowls and sandwiches! Start your day off with a gourmet bite!
What are your hours of operation?
Our Salida location at Rainbow Plaza is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Please note that on busy days, popular items may sell out before closing time, so we recommend coming early for the best selection. Our mobile unit's hours vary based on location and event schedule.
