We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.
How much notice do you need for catering orders?
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all catering orders. This ensures we have adequate time to prepare your food fresh and arrange for any necessary equipment or staffing. For larger events (50+ people) or during peak seasons, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, and we don't hold dates without a deposit. To start the catering process, simply fill out our catering quote request form or visit our catering page for full details.
