We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.
Do you sell out of certain items?
Yes, we often sell out of popular items, especially on busy days! Since we smoke our meats fresh daily in limited quantities to maintain quality, when they're gone, they're gone until the next batch is ready. Brisket, ribs, and pork belly bites tend to sell out first.
To ensure you get your favorites, we recommend coming early, ordering ahead online, or calling to check availability. This "sell until sold out" approach helps us maintain our high standards - we'd rather sell out than compromise on freshness or quality.
