We are no longer located next to the skate shop in Salida, and invite you to join us at our new locations!
Find us at The Salida Gun shop Thursday-Monday from 11:00am-5:30pm, stock up on the ammo and scope out the store. Be sure to swing in for a sandwich or "on the go" quick bites! The menu in this location is a bite lighter than everything we offer in Poncha Springs. We still have Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Belly Bites and hot dogs at this location, but no fried goods or Burgers.
Do you sell your BBQ sauce separately?
Yes, we do sell our signature BBQ sauce separately! Many customers have fallen in love with our perfectly balanced sauce that complements our smoked meats without overwhelming them. You can purchase our sauce in various sizes to enjoy at home.
It's great not just on BBQ, but as a flavorful addition to burgers, sandwiches, or even as a dipping sauce. Just ask at the counter during your next visit, or inquire about adding sauce to your catering order.
